One of our main concerns when renting an apartment for a long stay has to do with location. Would I feel fine living there? Is it safe? Is the area well connected? With our cozy and bright apartment right in the Eixample Quarter, the answer is a big YES

Eixample Esquerra is one of the liveliest, open and safest areas in Barcelona. Staying in Eixample Esquerra neighbourhood is like living in a small town within the city. The location, between Plaça España and Plaça Catalunya is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transportation and very accessible as well by car.

Not only will you have all kinds of shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, bakeries, traditional bars and restaurants close by but the apartment is also located in front of a “green area”: the Joan Mirò Park.

This amazing 95m2 apartment features three double beds and two full bathrooms, one of them with a custom shower and the other with a bathtub. A modern kitchen with washing machine, oven and all the equipment necessary for a comfortable and easy stay. The sitting/dining room despite sharing space have their respective areas cleverly defined by a difference in the flooring pattern, this area has natural light during the whole day from a French window that opens onto a small balcony with a small table and chair overlooking the main street and the Joan Mirò Park.

The apartment has been recently redecorated in white hues to emphasize brightness and it has many of the traditional modernist features so popular in the city: high ceilings with exposed beams, tiled floors with geometrical patterns, balcony with wrought iron railings and big windows that provide natural light to the whole apartment.
