It has the Poblenou Metro station, yellow line, only 600 meters away from your apartment, a 7-minute walk. It offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and a shared 4neighbors rooftop. The apartment is a semi-open space that easily lets you access the kitchen, living room, bathroom and open bedroom that has a double bed.

Nowadays, the Rambla Poblenou still fulfills the same functions as many years before, and it brings together shops and establishments with a past very linked to the social life of Poblenou. The rambla is next to modernist buildings with beautiful architecture, which show exuberant decorations typical of the Barcelonian style.

There is access to the  communal Roof Terrace where to enjoy lovely sun and open spaces with great view. (The building has just few neighbours, and so access to the roof is quite private)
