Located on a side street next to  Passeig de Gracia, our apartment provides quick and easy access to the heart of the city, Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona´s main square. Walking down Passeig de Gràcia is always a pleasant experience, whether on a shopping spree or a leisure walk.

Passeig de Gracia houses some of the most stylish and exclusive designer´s boutiques, 5 star hotels, a wide array of cafes and restaurants and, specially,  two of the architectural gems of the city: Gaudi´s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera.

This 50 m2 studio features an open living room with a big window that provides lots of sunlight, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances you might need for a comfortable stay, an open style queen sized bedded room, with a modern sliding door to offer privacy which is connected with the rest of the apartment. This bedroom has an ensuite fully equipped bathroom and it also has access to a small patio with a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). There is also a private terrace with chairs and table that connects with a second bedroom, ideal as a desk area or a guest room since it features a double sofa bed, with its own fully equipped bathroom.
