This brand new two-bedroom apartment has a simple but tasteful design. The centric apartment is right behind Barcelona’s famous gothic cathedral giving you the opportunity to experience the oldest nucleus of Barcelona in a modern apartment.

The apartment is completely soundproofed allowing you to step out onto the medieval streets and indulge in the lively ambient but pleasantly relax while in your apartment. The living room has a large sofa and an armchair with a coffee table in the middle to enjoy an area to read and relax. Both the living room and one of the two double bedrooms have a small balcony that overlooks the street. The other bedroom, at the back of the apartment, overlooks an inner courtyard. The amount of storage space in this apartment is amazing; apart from in the bedrooms, the hallway has a whole wall of inbuilt wardrobes. The capacity of these, while looking neat and tidy, is the advantage of a modern well thought distribution. Another advantage is the one room kitchen, dining and living room area as it creates a sense of space and more light can enter the apartment during the day. The dining room has a long table that sits up to 6 people.
