The apartment is just down the street from the Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas area on Pelayo street, a road that is known as a prime shopping street. You are right in the city centre of Barcelona. Getting anywhere in the city is very easy from here. You have the metro, taxi, Barcelona tour bus, or regular buses that pass through the Plaza Catalunya. Even the bus to get to the airport picks up in the Plaza Catalunya. Another significant part of this neighbourhood is that there are many cool bars close by to have a drink when the sun goes down.
