This lovely duplex apartment is located on the first floor of the building (technically the third floor, as there are a "principal" floor and "entresuelo" floor in Barcelona buildings). It faces the back of the building to an open, big space, so the apartment is very silent and peaceful even though you are in the middle of the main city Plaza. It is a stylish and modern apartment that is perfect for a large family, group of friends or business associates. Bottom level!

The living room of this fantastic apartment is on the lower level and has french doors which open onto the small balcony/terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful weather that Barcelona enjoys for much of the year; this allows for lots of natural light in the apartment making it a great area to relax and unwind after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping! Leading from the living area you will find the dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ready for any guests wishing to prepare meals...

Also on this level, you will find two bedrooms: The elegant master bedroom which comes complete with a queen sized bed and ample wardrobe space for all your belongings and the first guest bedroom. This guest bedroom has an optional open plan style with a step ladder staircase leading from the ground floor bedroom to a lofted bedroom where you will find another area with a queen-sized bed. This bedroom is not recommended for children or for people who have difficulty with stairs (please note that the apartment is considered a 4 double bedroom as this fifth bedroom will only be used by the acceptance of the guest). A full, modern bathroom in cool white marble and glass completes the lower level of the apartment.

Upper level!

An elegant wooden staircase takes you to the upper level where you will find the third and fourth guest bedrooms. This has an open plan layout and you have to pass through this bedroom to reach the fourth guest bedroom. Please note that this area has low ceilings. Both bedrooms have two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower completes the upper level of this fantastic apartment.

The duplex style apartment is ideal if you need some space from the people you are travelling with. The common area space is perfect for getting together with the whole group and planning your activities for that day.

The complete makeover of the building and preservation of the original facade and revamping interiors produce a stylish and modern apartment located in the true city centre. The apartment has a doorman during the day and two security doors in the entrance at night.
