The apartment is brand new, recently redecorated and full of sweet touches that really help this apartment feel like home. The apartment has Three bedrooms, the master bedroom being right off the living room area and with a big fluffy queen sized bed. The first guest bedroom is a double suite as well with a big queen sized bed, and a single bedroom with a single bed. The apartment has one bathroom with shower/bath option. The open style kitchen has all the materials necessary to whip up some traditional Spanish food during your stay. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). The building has an elevator (please note that there are 5-6 steps to the apartment door from the elevator) and since this apartment is on the third floor, it gets plenty of natural sunlight.

The location in the Eixample is both central and also local. The Eixample area is known for its restaurants, small shops, and not being touristy. You are close enough to the action in the Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas without having it in your front yard, which makes for a more tranquil stay. This particular neighborhood is close to the University of Barcelona and also within walking distance to the Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia avenue. The Gran Via is the largest street closest to the apartment and from there you can catch the metro, bus or taxis quite easily.
